Freeze dried Candy are manufactured by taking the products you know and love and freezing them at a super low temperature. The frozen treats are then placed in
a vacuum chamber, As the temperature rises the frozen water in the product
turns into vapour and then is removed from the chamber.

The end result is a crunchy out of this world texture that intensifies and
retains all the flavour of the original candy.
